Rooted in ancient traditions, energy healing involves channeling energy to activate the body's innate healing abilities, help clear blockages and facilitate the body's natural healing processes. The practice acknowledges the interconnectedness of mind, body, soul, and Spirit, and focuses on restoring harmony across these dimensions. 🤲🏽Nicole is a trained Reiki Master, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) Practitioner, Trauma Informed Somatic Healer and Breathwork Guide. With these techniques an energetic healing session at Sacred Soul Space is a blend of energy work, guided meditation, intentional breathing and therapeutic conversation. All Energy Healing Sessions include: 📝A detailed intake to identify goals. ✨Active Reiki or IET healing channeled with options for meditative prompts, guided breathing, crystals, essential oils and/or sacred smoke depending on in person or virtual. 🗣️After session therapeutic conversation sharing emotional impressions and at home healing suggestions. If you are curious about Reiki or IET you can choose to exclusively experience one of these modalities within an Energy Healing Session.
