Breathwork is a healing practice to move out of your head & into your body to navigate through & resolve different traumas, learn to trust your intuition, lean in and cultivate Divine support to receive clarity on your wants, needs, curiosities, desires and beyond.
And for real, real - can be life changing.
Breathwork is the practice of breathing in dynamic patterns to release tension, emotion and energy from the body. The guided 2 part breath relaxes the conscious mind; falling into a dream-like state to plug into the unconscious, emotional and “feeling” part of the brain to access and feel through old traumas, experiences & stories. This work is designed to help in deeply connecting to the inner self using the inspired breath and call on the Divine for support to release, heal and thrive.
