I am looking for 2 people to participate in a beta run of my new program Feel to Heal! 1 in person and 1 virtual. Feel to Heal is a personalized journey for you to feel it so you can heal it. This program is designed to guide you toward emotional, physical, and energetic balance using your own intention and intuition. Feel to Heal integrates intuitive massage (in person only), dynamic breathwork, somatic movement, journaling, and daily actionable tips, tailored around your chosen focus area. Are you yearning to express your creativity, navigating deep set anger, releasing trauma, cultivating self love, processing grief? Something else? Are you ready to lean in, feel your feelings, get into your body, wake up, remember your Divinity, release what isn’t supporting your growth, fully embrace your truest self, transform pain into power & feel your way to freedom? Yes? Then you're in the RIGHT PLACE. This in person or virtual one on one container is a safe space for you to feel through deep feelings, face them, sit in the uncomfortable, move through it, gain clarity on your life, call in Divine support and clear a path to freedom. I am here as your guide, holding space for your highest healing and curating the journey using breathwork and somatics. 👭In 2 months we will have 6 two hour sessions. We will meet 2 weeks in a row then have an integration week. Using Telegram keeps things in one place and separate from personal stuff. 📱I will be available in telegram every week M–F that will include personalized support with micro practices, oracle card pulls, journal prompts, intuitive voice notes and more.
